[The place that Zagreus brings them to is an abandoned house. Like the rest of Greece, at first the grass and plants are dead, withered. But only at first.

As everyone files into the garden, it starts to slowly come to life. flowers begin to bloom. Fruits and vegetables start to sprout from the soil. The trees begin to grow once more. Wheat stalks slowly pop up out of the ground. Wherever this is, it's clear that life is returning-and the gods are awakening.

It's probably best that they don't return to the underworld, to the House of Hades-but, if anyone wishes to, Charon has arrived with the dead from the previous rounds-now alive-and little baby Ayame. If anyone wishes to go there-though, why would anyone ever willingly go back to the House, knowing you-know-who is probably awake by now?-they can.

But for those who stay here, there is food and drink, wine and bread, fresh meat and ripe crudités. Talk. Plot. Say your goodbyes before you are SHIFTed back to your homeworlds.

Who knows? Maybe there are still some surprises left to be had. But, either way...it is a good day. The new moon will pass. The sun will rise.

The Game-or at least, this variation of it-is over.]

[Akane has been blissfully happy for a large portion of this. That was hard, so much of it had been hard, but now she's here, and everyone else is here, and there's a lovely garden full of flowers next to a bright, clear river.

She is usually holding a hand as she wanders, and tries to cook something in this little house for a celebration party, or trailing a finger in the water above the heads of curious fish.

It's enough.

It's over.

They are safe.

And, just for now, that means they can rest, before the problems of home surface once again.]

[By the time Alastor arrives, he's dismissed Lucifer's wings and wiped the blood from his mouth. He's been uncharacteristically quiet during the walk, followed by a metallic dragon slowly shedding Red Orbs as the demonic blood smeared on its body crystalizes and falls.

The devil had been saving a special looking something that he'd bought from Charon. To those who know Latin, the label of "Sanguis Virginis" should be warning enough as he pours himself a glass of thick, red wine. Maybe someone is daring and wants to try it? But everyone knows the devil's tastes well enough by now to know it would only appeal to him more if he smelled blood in the vintage.]

[As the plants heal and the river flows, Hubert goes and sits next to it with a heaving sigh. Thanks to Eva's healing he feels better than he has, physically, in weeks.

Still, it feels wrong somehow, being here. Alive.

He's still not sure, exactly, what he plans to do now. But for the moment he can just... sit, and exist]

[In amidst the returning greenery, quite a few other objects rest as if they'd just fallen from somewhere inside of a very big tree, which is absolutely a metaphor and totally not exactly what happened.

[Hermes is running around randomly! He finally has actual proper SPACE to run around! It feels so GOOD to run around again! Hermes is running around and laughing happily. Let him have this.]

Back at Tartarus

[There are... admittedly... a FEW people he feels compelled to visit. The real Hermes, of course, but...

He also wants to find and talk to both Hades and Thanatos. Of course, while he's there, any other god may approach him.]

The Garden

[Hermes appears to be hanging up a certain Final Shipping Chart. The pairs are as follows: Power x Blood, Kaito x Akane, the color blue x the letter H, A big red X over a picture of Kira, Alastor x Roland, Val x Lolo, Heart x Brain, Hermes x "Choices of his Own", and finally, Zagreus x "Zack Jr.".]

As flowers begin to bloom around them, and life slowly returns...Moriarty seems almost a bit at a loss, looking around them with a clearly...well. Not sad, but...contemplative, almost.

That ending...And the things he'd done...

Without thinking, he lifts a hand - studying it closely, as if seeing it for the first time.]

...It appears I am still incarnated after all of that. How odd it is, to be in a living body once again...

[And then he makes a face.]

Or, after that, he'll be quietly sitting far away from the rest, staring from a nearby cliff out into the ocean. Thinking, as always.]

[Life returns to a beautiful garden, and Ritsu is in a much less advanced state of decay than she has been. It's...overwhelming? She hadn't realized just how painful all of that had gotten.

So. It is, once again, Floor Time. Er, ground time.

She is flopped flat on the ground staring up at the sky, is what we're saying.]

[It's later on, Ritsu has had some time to attend to...some things. She seemed to be talking with Charon and someone from a previous round for a while.

She's going to hide somewhere, maybe there's a shed or some such structure, and then just...start crying.]

The Garden

[ After getting some food and drink, one sure can just... find Roland just laying somewhere on the lush grass. Flat on his back and just staring up at the sky with a smile on his face.

Durandal is resting nearby him but he truly looks quite content, but not enough that he won't greet anyone that approaches him. ]


Garden pt. 2

[ At some point he also can be found searching for various people, if only to check on them and make sure they're doing okay after everything. Which means HUGS. The lot of you are getting hugs from him so beware.

Then? He goes and finds Dante, offering a wave as he approaches. It's a little strange after everything and seeing him alive after seeing him dead first... and then as a shade but.. he had something to address. ]

Dante? Could I speak with you for a moment?

[Okay, to be honest, it's way too hard to find and vinegarize rice. She's mostly got sashimi. But there is one improvisation made of some big leaf, and couscous. She rolled it together and is eating it. Chews. Swallows. Says thoughtfully.]

Yeah, being able to hold it like this is nice.

A party and I don't have anything to wear. But also too dark to show off an outfit. Just shows how we have to pick our battles.

[She's still in the "modified" Public Safety uniform. As she looks back at your character with a Shaft headtilt, you might wonder, has anything about Makima changed?]

At least it's the largest party this group has ever managed to have. Is this... A job well done?

[Brain is just going to grab anything sweet that happens to be available to munch on and a glass of wine. And then he'll just sit under a tree and watch the river go past and eat, slowly. It'll be the easiest place to find him.]

Kira, cw body horror

[A bit of time has passed. Kira saw the demon motorcycle, and spent some time appreciating nature, gazing at stars on the moonless night.... He even tried some of the bread and wine. Over time, his injuries sustained in the game fade one by one. Those who are capable of seeing souls and spirits may notice a faint violet glow starting to emit from him, which brings great calm to his face as he takes a seat out in the garden waiting for his time to leave.

Something strange is happening to him though. His white hair turns black and begins to thicken and stand up on the top of his head. Then it withers again, turning blond and curly. Before these details can be questioned though, something terrible happens.

Kira's face rips right off his skull, leaving a gruesome empty space on his head as it flies off over the rainbow (that is, over the rainbow statue, which he IS keeping unless he is given an explanation.) Understandably horrified, he starts screaming. In a grotesque display, his cheekbones shift, skin filling itself in and blue eyes to follow, gushing tears, until he once again has a complete face. This was... And is... Yoshikage Kira's face. He will be staring into the reflective gold of the statue, muttering incoherently.]

M-my face.... It's me... Yoshikage...

[And if that wasn't already weird, he kinda looks like David Bowie as a Japanese guy. So anyone who was fortunate enough to miss that shit happening can try to get his autograph later or something. Wild card me!!]
